For many small-scale farmers in Zambia, every farming decision matters. Protecting crops from pests is essential, but relying only on chemical pesticides can become expensive over time and may affect the health of the farm.

Biological pest control, or biocontrol, uses beneficial insects, mites, and naturally occurring microorganisms to manage crop pests.
